Full Service Wedding Coordination packages are for the couple who want a full-time wedding professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day or weekend. This wedding planning package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:
Pre-Wedding
As Planner

Have a Pre-Wedding Consultation.

Creating A Wedding Planning To-do Checklist

Venue Site Visits (Up to 5 Complimentary Venue Visit.)

Provide Vendor Recommendation (Rental, Cater, Photographer, Hair & Makeup, Wedding Attire, Florist, Officiant, Videographer, etc.)

Setup a meeting to discuss Detailed Wedding Budget

Vendors Contract Review
-
Negotiating + Contracting any needed of hotel room blocks

Design Board: (Wedding Theme & Decoration Design)

Floor Plan Development
Ceremony
-
Setup ceremony items, i.e. guest book, unity candles, seating chart, place cards, etc.

Ensure personal flowers have arrived at the ceremony location.

Ensure all vendors have arrived on time.
-
Be the point of contact for all vendors and venue site reps.
-
Handle any emergent situations that may arise.
-
Line up the bridal party for their entrances down the aisle.

Cue ceremony musicians when the bridal party is ready to begin the processional.

Gather family and friends for after ceremony photos.
Reception
-
Ensure proper flow of cocktail hour food.

Look over dining tables and make sure they are set up properly.

Help guests locate the assigned tables.

Cue band or DJ when the majority of guests have found their tables and bride and groom are ready to be introduced.

Cue band or DJ, Photographer, and videographer when important events take place at reception.

Distribute final payments/gratuities from clients’ to vendors at the end of the evening
As Coordinator
As your Wedding Coordinator, we will:
(Coordination services will begin six weeks prior to the scheduled event)

Provide face-to-face or virtual meetings.

Unlimited email and online communication.

Creating a wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to clients and vendors.

Final walk through with client at selected sites (Traveling Fee will be applied to final invoice, the first 50 miles is complimentary, $1 per miles thereafter.)

Following up with all vendors

Coordinate a 1 hour Rehearsal. (Traveling Fee will be applied to the final invoice, the first 50 miles is complimentary, $1 per mile thereafter.)

Prior to Reception

Greet vendors and instruct them as to where to set up, i.e. wedding, band, florist and caterer.

Setup the Seating Chart

Put the Place Card on the dining table.

Make sure reception flowers/decor is set up according to the clients’ design plan.

Meet with catering staff to confirm the food timeline.
-
Setup guest book and pen, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils.
-
Setup Table Numbers, Names, and Menu Cards.

Setup Wedding favors.
-
Assist in coordinating transportation logistics.
